How We Started
Our foundation is built on trust, clarity, and service. We began by helping clients buy new builds, and as the market grew, so did we. Today, we’re proud to guide buyers, sellers, builders, and investors across Central Arkansas with a full range of services: from residential and commercial sales to property management and custom home development through HD Homes.

Scott Hurley
Owner / Principal Broker
Scott Hurley is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and a seasoned real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience in construction, development, and brokerage throughout Central Arkansas. Over the course of his career, Scott has built a strong reputation for integrity, leadership, and a results-driven approach across multiple market sectors. Scott has been actively involved in a diverse range of real estate ventures, including single-family residential communities, multi-family developments, and self-storage facilities.
Beyond his professional achievements, Scott is deeply committed to his faith and values the relationships that enrich both his personal and professional life. He finds genuine fulfillment in mentoring others, investing time with his family and friends, and fostering meaningful connections with the people he works alongside.

Zack DeYmaz
Owner
Zack DeYmaz began his real estate career in 2011—coming out of one of the toughest housing markets in recent memory. With homes barely selling, he learned quickly that success would depend on hard work, consistency, and a willingness to take on any opportunity. In those early years, Zack built homes, sold real estate as a licensed agent, and sourced investment properties—doing whatever it took to gain traction.
By 2016, as the market rebounded, Zack had the opportunity to build a team of project managers and designers focused on streamlining the custom home and presale process within their developments. The goal was simple but challenging: create a well planned, enjoyable building experience that reduced stress for families. That commitment to improving the process continues today.
From 2011 to now, Zack has been involved in completing more than 600 homes—over half of them custom builds. This hands-on experience shaped the foundation of HD Homes, where the priorities remain the same: build on time, stay on budget, and communicate clearly at every step. Zack’s approach is straightforward—do good work, treat people honestly, and always look for ways to improve the client experience.

Lawson Maddox Richards
Sales Agent
Lawson believes every customer should be served with care and industry expertise. With a drive to always learn, she tells her clients “If I don’t know the answer, you can bet I will find it”. Lawson is local to Little Rock, and has worked in the real estate industry since 2016. Although she has a love for new construction and helping her clients build their dream home, she has a soft spot for the historical communities in Little Rock as well.

Trey attributes his success in real estate to his unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. “I differentiate myself through genuine and transparent interactions,” Trey emphasizes. “Clients appreciate honesty, expertise, and a proven track record far more than aggressive sales tactics or trendy gimmicks. You won’t find me on TikTok, but you will find me actively advocating for my clients in the field, always prioritizing their best interests.”

Anthony Rivera

Anthony says “I find the most rewarding aspect of my job is building relationships with clients, not only through the transaction but afterward as well. I pride myself on serving others before myself, ensuring their needs are always my top priority. As a veteran, I have immense admiration for the brave men and women who serve our country, recognizing their huge sacrifices. My guiding motto is “The best way out is always through” by Robert Frost.”

Jonathan Stone
Sales & Property Management
Jonathan Stone joined us in the summer of 2020 and serves as one of our Senior Real Estate Agents. He plays a key role in managing our commercial development projects, with a recent focus on property management, self-storage, and residential development. “I would say I am best at taking what can be an overwhelming process of buying, selling, or building a house and simplifying it for potential clients while explaining everything it is they need to know while always working to make sure their goals are met.”

Leo Sanchez
Sales Agent
Leo was born and raised in Argentina and moved to the beautiful city of Miami when he was a teenager. During his time in “The Magic City”, he had an opportunity to submerge in the variety of cultures from all over the world, especially from South and Central America and met his lovely Colombian wife, Natalie before moving to Little Rock. Now he has a beautiful family with three children. Having worked in international sales for the last 15 years helping develop relationships with companies all over the world, Leo wants to bring the same passion and dedication into real estate and help making the American Dream true for families, with a heart to specially serve the Hispanic Community in Central Arkansas.
